Rancher Butcher Chef (RBC) is a modern steakhouse located in the heart of Northwest Crossing. RBC welcomes guests into a festive dining room with an eclectic menu with robust flavors representing Oregon's ranches and farmers. Sourcing beef from family run ranches, including our own Seven Mile Ranch in Fort Klamath. Serving dinner Seven Days a week; RBC offers a unique dining experience unlike any other in the area with a focus on Dry-aged Beef, playful cocktails and an extensive wine list and specialty bourbon program.
Rancher Butcher Chef Tasting Menu- In support of Cascade School of Music, eight lucky guests will be invited to experience an RBC feast, starting off with welcome cocktails then moving into a multi-course family style meal of our signature dishes including house charcuterie, cedar planked salmon, and a variety of steaks and sides complete with wine pairing and dessert. RBC is thrilled to be a part of the Cascade School of Music community.
